No Refunds – Exchange Only
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, we are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchange Eligibility
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
Only items that are damaged upon delivery or have a size/variant issue are eligible for exchange.
Proof of purchase and images of the item (in case of damage) must be provided.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Personalized or custom-made items.
Items that show signs of wear or damage not caused during transit.
